Based in Sukabumi, West Java, Coffee Chaproek has been operating since October 23, 2016, with its main facility in Gunung Gombong. We do not only process crops from our own farms, but also curate the best regional coffees from trusted producer partners across the archipelago to ensure you get access to the most authentic Indonesian coffee.

About Our Coffee
We present a selection of coffees that consistently score between 84.5 and 87+ points in cupping. Our collection is divided into two main pillars to guarantee flavor diversity and supply stability:

Processing Methods: We master various post-harvest techniques, from classic Natural, Anaerobic Natural with fermentation variations, to classic/anaerobic Washed and various Experimental methods.

Stage Precision: The process starts from purchasing selected cherries, water sorting, cherry color sorting, to the aging stage, hulling, and final green bean sorting based on screen size, density, and color.
